The Mission of GHR

Life is unpredictable, especially on the field, court, or mat. That's why mental skills are critical for elite performers to improve confidence, focus, composure, intensity, prepare for competition and trust in their abilities. Mental skills keep you adaptable and accountable, which are helpful tools to overcome fear, anxiety, and self doubt. Not only do these skills improve performance, but they have a positive impact on their personal and academic lives too. No matter your profession, when you're in a good state of mind, you can break through any mental barrier to achieve greatness. Many athletes ignore the one area that separates them from success and reaching their full potential. Understanding one's mind-body connection is crucial to becoming an elite performer, but few athletes pay attention, and often get trapped by mental barriers. With no plan to overcome these challenges, it gives them permission to not push themselves. Due to my own feelings of not reaching my full potential as an athlete, I am driven to help you reach yours.
